The One Touch Can Opener
My son was just seduced by his first infomercial. We recently dove into the crazy world of television with the purchase of a new antenna, and as we sat together watching 'Most Talented Kids' tonight, a comercial for the greatest can opener came on. Only $19.95-I mean, you don't even need hands to use this thing, and you get a 'Gripmate' absoloutley free! He just stared at the TV intently, then when they told him the price, he looked right over at me and said, "You have to get a One Touch can opener!" Oh man, I think he just may be following in the footsteps of my father, who has been known to order various sized items, from exercise equipment to kitchen utensils. But maybe it's just in our blood....those space saver bags for only $19.95! were mighty tempting to me.
